Congratulations to Lauren Matthews, who
won First Place at the
county
level of the Sodexo Annual Future Chefs Culinary Competition,
preparing her recipe for Egg Frittator the judges. She now moves
on to the Regional level -- the National prize is $5,000!
Congratulations to Stephanie Hsiang for being selected as a Semifinalist
in the Coca-Cola Scholars Program. Only 250 of the 84,000 applicants
are selected to move on to her level, and the top 50 will win
National Scholar awards of $20,000! Great job, Stephanie, and
Good Luck at the Scholar's Weekend in April! Congratulations to Chloe Schweitzer for being selected as one of four
winners of the
Choctawhatchee Bay Chapter DAR Good Citizen competition! Congratulations to Lauren Matthews for winning First Place
in the Ruckel Middle School Science Fair for Team Project
in Environmental Science. Kudos also go to Claire Ponder
for winning First Place in Computer Science! Congratulations to Georgia Pearce for being selected for the
Okaloosa County All-Star High School Academic Team!
She is a junior at Collegiate High School. Congratulations to Grace Barton for being selected to dance
in the 2011 Walt Disney World Thanksgiving Day Parade! Congratulations to Jamie Barnes (saxophone, First Chair),
Claire Ponder (clarinet) and Olivia Rackley (saxophone)
for being selected for the 2011 Okaloosa All-County Band.
Jamie Barnes was also chosen for the Florida Middle School
